MusicOne ("we", "us", "our") operates a radio station management and music scheduling platform. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use our services, including the MusicOne web dashboard, API, and related tools.

By creating an account or using our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Account information

• Name and email address
• Password (stored securely using one-way hashing)
• Organisation details: name, address, city, postal code, country, phone number, and tax ID (if applicable)

Billing information

• Subscription status and billing cycle
• Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe — we do not store your credit card numbers, bank account details, or other payment credentials on our servers

Usage and session data

• IP address and approximate location derived from it
• Device type, platform, browser name and version
• Session activity timestamps

Content data

• Media files (audio) you upload for scheduling
• Artist, category, clock, format, and schedule configurations you create

• To provide, maintain, and improve the MusicOne platform
• To authenticate your identity and manage sessions
• To process subscription payments through Stripe
• To send transactional emails (account verification, password resets, billing notifications)
• To monitor and ensure platform security and stability

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We rely on the following third-party services to operate MusicOne:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe receives your billing details directly and is governed by their own privacy policy.
• DigitalOcean (S3) — secure cloud storage.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.

Each third-party provider processes data only as necessary to perform their service and is subject to their respective privacy policies.

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on secure, access-controlled infrastructure. Media files are stored in Amazon S3 with restricted access policies.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, session token management, and access controls. While no system is completely immune to risk, we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

We retain your account and organisation data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription or request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it (e.g., billing records for tax compliance).

Uploaded media files are deleted when you remove them from the platform or upon account deletion.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data

• Export your data in a portable format
